Albamella has optimized the capacity of textile silos pFor the available space without the need for any mechanism. The fabric, specially designed to manufacture this type of silos, allows the pellets to breathe and prevents the accumulation of moisture. The hopper, made of galvanized steel increases its durability, relieves the fabric of most of the load. These silos also incorporate a ballistic nylon protection to protect the fabric in the loading process.
Small silos from 350 to 6.000 kg are manufactured. They all admit different types of outlets, from external flexible augers that allow covering long distances, to internal rigid augers that allow the silos to be positioned near the boilers; a good solution for small boiler rooms, very common in renovations.
Other solutions are:
- Modular extractors for the construction silos, with sections of 1,5m and three possible outputs: in curve, with cardan and coupling to vacuum systems.
- New auger that prevents clogging the exit by accumulation of dust.
