From the Castilla y León Fair Institution and AVEBIOM we want to be proactive and adopt the appropriate measures to face the return of EXPOBIOMASA and other activities with all the guarantees. For this, we establish the following mandatory actions for all people who access the site.

 

MEASURES TO RESPECT THE SOCIAL SECURITY DISTANCE: reduction of capacity, reduction of the exhibition area, control of capacity in real time and we recommend maintaining a social distance of 1,5 m whenever possible.

 

MEASURES TO PRESERVE HYGIENE AND REDUCE POLLUTION RISKS: 100% of the air in the pavilions will be renewed every 30 minutes, the use of masks will be mandatory in the enclosure and hand hygiene is recommended.

 

MEASURES TO IMPROVE MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY: An accreditation system and other services are provided in compliance with current regulations, in addition to providing a telematic information system for all people with difficulties in accessing the site.
 

The goal is for these measures to make the activity safe for all participants. Feria de Valladolid and AVEBIOM reserve the right of admission and may deny access to any person who fails to comply with the general regulations of the venue and those specific to the event.
