Sugimat, designed, manufactured and commissioned (turnkey project) for a timber company a thermal plant made up of two biomass mobile grate boilers. The goal was use waste from the factory itself wood such as bark, chip and sawdust to supply heat to the production process of this sawmill and pellet mill.
The supply consisted of two twin 7 MW plants of power equipped with thermal oil boilers for biomass with mobile grate, which provide service to the sawmill production lines and economizers that, through the use of combustion gases, transmit the residual heat to the water to serve the belt dryers of the pelletizing line.
Performance thermal of this plant is over 90% thanks to the supply of water savers.
