Both AVEBIOM and Feria de Valladolid have worked to offer visitors and exhibitors a safe space where they can re-establish professional relationships with total confidence and continue to grow the sector.

EXPOBIOMASA 2021 will have 327 exhibiting firms from 15 countries that, in a space of 21.000 square meters, will show their latest technology and novelties and the best offers both in the domestic and industrial fields. 

Together with the leading companies in the market that are repeating for another year, the fair welcomes 76 new exhibitors in this edition, which guarantees new business opportunities for the professionals who attend. A week after opening its doors, 5.000 professional visitors have already been accredited at EXPOBIOMASA.

With the celebration of the fair on the scheduled dates, the organizers hope to boost commercial activity to unprecedented figures in a sector that has maintained its growth for 15 years. In its latest editions, Expobiomasa facilitated an increase in the business generated close to 16 million euros.

An increasingly visible and accepted sector

The sector is experiencing a "sweet moment" with the progress of numerous projects and the allocation of incentives that help make them a reality. But, above all, it is obtaining the support of society, which increasingly understands the environmental and economic benefits that the energy recovery of biomass brings: prevention of forest fires and invigoration of emptied Spain, in addition to its lower cost for heating compared to fossil fuels like diesel and natural gas or electricity.

It is a sector that already moves more than 3.000 million euros as a whole in Spain and that hopes to continue being essential as a renewable energy to support the country's energy mix.

The first Renewable Gas Show, which is held in parallel to EXPOBIOMASA in collaboration with the Spanish Biogas Association, will feature 36 exhibitors and a wide program of conferences and conferences, some of them within the program of the 14th International Bioenergy Congress -CIB21 -, dedicated to presenting the best solutions with biomass and renewable gas in the face of the change in the energy model and the urgent challenges of bioenergy in Latin America
