In Spain, in 2021, more than 75.000 automatic biomass combustion equipment (pellet, splinter, bone,...), and nearly 70.000 firewood equipment have been installed. Many of them replacing fossil, diesel and gas energy systems, which negatively affect climate change. Is being implanted massively in independent homes, and increasingly in Neighborhood communities, industries, warehouses, farms, greenhouses, hotels, residences, universities, schools, hospitals and swimming pools.

The success of a good operation is in a correct installation of the equipment and its components. The support that the almost 10.000 professional installers who work in Spain find in the brands that participate in Expobiomasa with training, advice, ergonomics and efficiency is essential to achieve efficiency and profitability.

Albamella has optimized the capacity of the textile silos for the available space without the need for any mechanism. The fabric, specially designed to manufacture this type of silos, allows the pellets to breathe and prevents the accumulation of moisture. The hopper, made of zinc-plated steel increases its durability, relieving the fabric of most of the load. These silos also incorporate a ballistic nylon protection to protect the fabric in the loading process.
The FFS bagger stands out because it guarantees continuous production by automating the three bagging processes: forming with a reel of heat-sealable film, filling by volume or weight and sealing the sack from a flat reel.
The ultra-compact heat exchanger (800x450x290mm) stands out because its hydraulic design is simple and allows easy integration and connection to the heat network at the point of consumption. The equipment allows high transfer power and can be installed in cascade. It is controlled by the advanced technology of Modbus Switchboards. Optionally it can be supplied with an ACS pump.
